RETURNS/EXCHANGES: Products purchased from Refenze may be returned for an exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase. All items must have their original tags attached and be unworn and unwashed. Refenze don't pay return unless it defect or mis-packed.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS: If you beleive you received a product that is defective, we would like to apologize. Please send a mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and attach a photo of the defective product. Once your request is approved(24 hours max.) you will receive a prepaid shipping label so you can return the defective product and we can expedite a new one to you.
MIS-PACKED ORDER: If you received a product that differs from what you ordered, we apologize. Please send a mail to email@example.com and include the details for the product you received instead(style name, color, size). Once your request is approved(24 hours max.) you will receive a prepaid shipping label so you can return the item you received. Once the package arrives at our warehouse, we will expedite the product you originally ordered.
